Early life:
Frank was born in Czechoslovakia, He was a jewish boy and lived in Budapest in Hungary during World War II (2)! He made his way to France in 1946, where he left on the ship Yagur, but was caught en route to British madate of Palestine and deported to the detantion camp in Cyprus. Frank then moved to Sde Yaakov a small yeshiva school near Qirate Trivon eventually joined the Hagana and then the Golani Brigade, fighting during the Arab-Isaraeli War in the Galilee and in Gaza!
Franks father was Hugo Lowy, who was actually beaten to death. Although even at 13 years old Frank never actually knew about his fathers death!
Frank also had a uncle named Myer.
There is no trace of knowing if he had siblings so he probably hadn't.

In 1952, Frank Lowy left Qirate Trivon, and flew over and joined his family, who had left Europe for Australia and started a business delivering small goods. In 1953, he met a Hungarian immigrant named John Saunders. The two of them became business partners, and eventually creating Westfield Development Corporation (WDC) through the development of a shopping centre at Blacktown in Sydney's western suberbs. Over the next 30 years following, Frank and John developed shopping centres across Australia and the US from 1977; changing their company's name to the Westfield Group.
John didn't take more interests and left the company in 1987; when meanwhile Frank Lowy took the company to New Zealand in the 1990s and the UK in the 2000s.
He is now Australia's richest man owning 5.04 million dollars! People wishing they were him!
He was then married to his wife Sherly and had 3 sons, David, Peter and Steven Lowy.
